  1. I have carefully gone through the rules and regulations prescribed for the programme and undertake to abide by them throughout my studies. Any dispute relating to admission, registration, cancellation, project submission, examinations or any other matter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Malé, Maldives.
  2. I declare that I shall submit myself to the disciplinary jurisdiction of the authorities of the Institute and comply with all rules and regulations framed from time to time.
  3. I agree to pay all prescribed fees on or before the due dates communicated by the Institute. In case of delay, I shall abide by the Institute's fee payment rules and applicable penalties.
